海南省人民政府招商辦公室是海南省開展招商引資工作的職能部門。主要職責是︰建立海南省招商項目庫，策劃、包裝、對外推介招商項目；聯系國內外企業及中介組織，拓展招商引資渠道；策劃、組織省內外重大招商活動；協調重點項目的洽談和跟蹤推進；提供海南投資資訊服務。
Investment Promotion Office of Hainan Province is a department
of Hainan Provincial People’s Government, undertaking the following
responsibilities.
To establish and maintain the database of the projects inviting
investment
To plan and pack projects for investment and introduce them to
the public
To keep a contact with domestic and foreign enterprises and intermediary
investment agencies, and to keep expanding the contacts for introducing
investment to Hainan
To plan and organize major investment events
To coordinate, track and impel the business negotiations for the
major projects
To providing investment consultancy services
